Crypto markets are volatile. Automated strategies can lead to large losses when markets move against you.

Subscription plans (prices in Qatari Riyals, QAR) include:
Prices are in QAR and may change; we will give at least 30 days' notice where possible.
You are also responsible for fees charged by the exchanges you connect (e.g. trading, deposit, withdrawal, network fees). We do not set or receive those fees.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. We accept major cards, bank transfer, and selected e-wallets. Non-payment may lead to suspension of access.
Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Your statutory rights (e.g. under Qatari or other applicable consumer law) remain. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may refer it to arbitration under the rules of the Qatar International Centre for Conciliation and Arbitration (QICCA) or another agreed institution. The arbitration will be in English and seated in Qatar.
Except where arbitration applies, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email or a clear notice on the Platform.
If you keep using the Services after the change takes effect, you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services and may close your account.
If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, are the whole agreement between you and SadewaCapital about the Services and replace any earlier agreements.
Our not enforcing a right does not waive that right.
You may not assign this agreement without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to an affiliate or successor.
